Our standard production time is generally 10–15 days. Large bulk orders or customised orders may require additional time depending on the order quantity, product type, and printing requirements.
3. Shipping Address
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address where regular courier services are available. Please ensure that your contact number and address details are correct.
4. Shipping Methods
We offer regular courier services for eligible delivery locations. For orders weighing more than 50 kg, we may also offer logistics transport services, which can be more economical for bulk shipments.
5. Logistics Transport Delivery
For shipments sent through logistics transport, doorstep delivery may not be available. Customers may need to collect their goods from the designated transport company's warehouse or godown. Please confirm the delivery and collection arrangements with our team before placing your order.
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges depend on the shipment weight, package dimensions, delivery location, and shipping method. Logistics transport may offer lower shipping costs for heavy shipments. Applicable charges will be confirmed during quotation or order confirmation.
7. Dispatch and Delivery Time
Orders are dispatched after production and quality checks are completed. Delivery time depends on the courier or transport service, delivery location, and other circumstances. Delays may occur due to unforeseen events.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Products
Any complaint regarding damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 2 days of delivery. An unboxing video is mandatory as proof for the claim.
