1. Products and Services
Ethiwa offers cotton bags, cotton saree covers, cloth organisers, jute bags, paper bags, non-woven bags, and other packaging products. Product specifications, materials, sizes, colours, and availability may vary by product.
2. Orders and Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Minimum order quantity depends on the product and order requirements. Custom logo printing generally starts from 100 pieces, while custom bag sizes generally start from 200 pieces. The final MOQ will be confirmed during quotation.
3. Pricing and Quotations
Prices depend on the product, quantity, material, size, printing requirements, and delivery location. Shipping charges and applicable taxes will be communicated in the quotation or order confirmation. A quotation may change if the order specifications change.
4. Customisation and Printing
Customers must provide the correct logo, artwork, text, colours, and other printing details before production. Customers are responsible for checking and approving the supplied design details. Printing results may vary slightly due to fabric, material, colour, and printing method.
5. Payment Terms
Orders will be processed according to the payment terms agreed upon in the quotation or order confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, 50% advance payment is required to confirm the order, and the remaining balance must be paid before dispatch.
6. Production and Dispatch
Production generally takes around 10–15 days, depending on the product and order quantity. Large or customised orders may require additional time. Dispatch and delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by production requirements, courier services, transport conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before printing or customisation work begins, subject to confirmation by Ethiwa. Once printing or customisation has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
8. Returns and Refunds
Plain, non-customised products may be considered for return subject to approval by Ethiwa. Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping or transport charges are the customer's responsibility. Refunds for approved returns will cover the product price only; original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Products with custom logo printing or other customisation are not accepted for return, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Products
Any claim for damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported within 2 days of delivery. An unboxing video and supporting details must be provided for verification. Claims will be reviewed before a resolution is confirmed.
10. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate contact details, delivery addresses, order quantities, product specifications, and customisation instructions. Ethiwa is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information supplied by the customer.
11. Intellectual Property
Customers must ensure they have the necessary rights or permission to use any logo, artwork, brand name, or design submitted for printing. Ethiwa is not responsible for disputes arising from unauthorised use of customer-provided materials.
12. Website Information
We aim to keep website information accurate and up to date. However, product details, images, prices, and availability may change. Images are for illustrative purposes, and slight variations may occur between displayed images and actual products.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ethiwa is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, delays caused by third-party logistics providers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customer information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please review that policy to understand how information may be collected, used, and protected.
